Clinical Leadership Team

Quality Care Managers oversee the BCBAs and are responsible for the development of clinical organizational systems to ensure quality care across clinic locations in each state. The Quality Care Manager Team is overseen by the Director of Clinical Services.

Lauren Marsden, QCM of MD & SC

Lauren received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from College of Charleston in 2009. Upon graduating, she began implementing direct care ABA services. She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2012. She completed her Master’s in Education with Foundations in Behavior Analysis and became a BCBA in 2017. She joined Connec-to-Talk in 2021 and loves bringing all that Connec-to-Talk has to offer to Maryland & South Carolina!

Brooke Matzke, Director of Clinical Services

Brooke received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She went on to pursue a Masters’s degree at the Sage Colleges in Troy, NY receiving a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Brooke has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum since 2008. Brooke joined Connec-to-Talk in July of 2020.

Shane Triano, QCM of CT

Shane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has worked in the human services field since 2010. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz, Shane went on to earn a Master’s of Professional Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis from Manhattanville College in 2020. Shane started a career in human services working as a direct care and respite worker, then a special education classroom aide and teacher’s assistant, special education paraprofessional, and an RBT. Shane joined Connec-to-Talk in 2021.

BCBA Team

The Board Certified Behavior Analysts, or BCBAs, are the lead member of your child’s treatment team. As the lead team member, the BCBA supervises the ABA therapists and collaborates with family members, related service providers and other agencies, as appropriate.

Candice Ribiere, BCBA

Candice has been working in the Human Services field for over 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from SUNY Oswego in 2016, then continued her education with a dual Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from The College New Rochelle in 2019. Candice joined the Connec-To-Talk team as a Developmental Therapist in 2020. She has since attained her Advanced Certificate in ABA at CUNY Hunter in 2023 and is now a BCBA.

Vanessa Lopez

Vanessa Lopez, BCBA

Vanessa began working as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015. She later received a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Fresno in 2020. Vanessa joined Connec-to-Talk in 2024. She is committed to increasing the independence and quality of life for her clients and families.

Morgan Fleming

Morgan Fleming, BCBA; BCBA Supervision Coordinator

Morgan received her Bachelor’ of Science degree in Infant/Primary Special Education from Towson University in 2012. She completed her Master’s Degree at Queens College where she received a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education with Foundations in Behavior Analyst and received her BCBA in 2017. Morgan has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum since 2008. Morgan joined Connec-To-Talk in March of 2024.

Sami Nash

Sami Nash, BCBA; RBT Coordinator

Sami joined Connec-To-Talk in 2021 as a developmental therapist. She became the Clinical Coordinator for our Danbury location in 2022. Shortly after, she enrolled in graduate school and has since obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russell Sage College in Albany, New York in 2024. Sami became a BCBA in 2025.

Alex Stark, BCBA

Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, which sparked a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After starting as a developmental therapist at Connec-to-Talk in 2020, Alex became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and pursued a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University. Alex became a BCBA in 2024.

Shelby MacAnanny, BCBA

Shelby joined the Connec-to-Talk team in 2020 as an Behavior Analysis Intern while working on her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Stevenson University. Shelby fell in love with the kiddos at CTT and ABA and joined the team as a Behavior Technician. After graduating Shelby took on several roles during her time at CTT including Senior ABA therapist, and Clinical Coordinator until finally graduating from her masters degree at FIT and becoming a BCBA with Connec-to-Talk.

Laura Fasano, BCBA

Laura has been working in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017. She began as a Registered Behavior Technician and has experience providing services in a variety of settings including home, community, school, and clinic based services. She received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. Laura is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and Maryland. She joined Connec-to-Talk in 2020.

Emily Riddle

Emily Riddle, BCBA

Emily has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. She began her career at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Neurobehavioral Inpatient Unit as a Clinical Aide and later joined the Institute’s LEAP program. Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Emily became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and joined Connec-to-Talk in December 2024.
