Lead Site Trainers
The Lead Site Trainers are responsible for managing direct therapy staff at their assigned clinic location. The Lead Site Trainer provides staff training, assures staff compliance with CTT and other regulations, and manages clinic administrative tasks.

J.P. D.
Lead Site Trainer, Stamford, CT
J.P. studied at the University of Connecticut, where he received his Bachelor’s Degrees in English Literature and Psychology. After college, he worked in a variety of public elementary school and daycare settings. He joined Connec-to-Talk in early 2022 as a behavioral therapist and went on to receive his Registered Behavior Technician certification soon after. J.P. is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in ABA at National University. He became Clinical Coordinator of Stamford in October 2024. He transitioned to Lead Site Trainer in June of 2025.

LUKE L.
Lead Site Trainer, Wilton, CT
Luke Lamanna studied at the University of Connecticut, where he majored in Psychology. After college, he worked as a private paraprofessional. Looking to gain more knowledge in the field, he joined the Connec-to-Talk team in 2022 as an ABA Therapist. He was promoted to Senior ABA Therapist in March 2023 and most recently made Clinical Coordinator of Wilton in February 2024. He transitioned to Lead Site Trainer in June of 2025.

REINA G.
Lead Site Trainer, Owings Mills
Reina has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Music from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She has a diverse background in customer service, healthcare, and administrative roles, including two years as an RBT at another ABA clinic. Reina joined Connec-to-Talk in December 2023 as a Senior ABA Therapist and became Clinical Coordinator as of November 2024. She plans on pursuing a degree in Music Therapy in 2025. She transitioned to Lead Site Trainer and Clinic Assistant in June of 2025.

ANSLEY G.
Lead Site Trainer, Mount Pleasant, SC
Ansley Gill graduated from Clemson University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Youth Development Programs. After graduating in May 2021, she began working in the ABA field as a developmental therapist and quickly worked to become a Registered Behavior Technician in the fall of 2021. Ansley started working with Connec-To-Talk as an RBT in September 2022 where she then was promoted to Senior ABA Therapist a year later. In October 2024, she took the opportunity to transition into the role of Clinic Coordinator for the Mt. Pleasant location. She transitioned to Lead Site Trainer in June of 2025.
