EMILY P.

Clinical Coordinator Supervisor

As Clinical Coordinator Supervisor, Emily is responsible for training, supporting, and managing all Clinical Coordinators across all clinic locations. Emily provides feedback on job-specific tasks, protocols, and procedures. Emily’s ongoing assistance ensures that Clinical Coordinators are in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adhering to company policies. Emily’s oversight also ensures that Clinical Coordinator duties are performed according to established timelines, and works to maximize staff productivity in relation to client therapy hours.

While studying for her bachelor’s degree in Art History at Wagner College, Emily worked part-time as a special education educator for children ranging in age from preschool to high school. She later interned as a Behavior Analyst in the Hendrick Hudson School District in Montrose, New York. Emily received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage College in Albany, New York. She joined the Connec-To-Talk team in 2018.

CHELSY B.

Clinical Coordinator – Employee Enrichment Coordinator

As the Employee Enrichment Coordinator, Chelsy is responsible for creating and recommending staff morale activities to be implemented across clinics. Chelsy is also tasked with creating the monthly curriculum to be utilized by staff and clients to enrich program implementation.

As Clinical Coordinator for Connec-to-Talk Madison, Chelsy is responsible for leading all activities at the assigned Connec-to-Talk clinic location. Chelsy manages all Developmental Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians at the assigned clinic location, provides staff training, manages client relationships, maintains physical property, schedules all treatment at, or originating from, site and assures compliance with all required company regulations.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), Chelsy started working as an ABA therapist. She joined Connec-to-talk three years ago and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism at SCU.
