Clinical Coordinators

The Clinical Coordinators are responsible for leading all activities at their assigned Connec-to-Talk clinic location. They manage all Developmental Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians, provide staff training, manage client relationships, maintain physical property, and assure compliance with all required company regulations.

SAMI N.

Clinical Coordinator, Danbury, CT

While studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology at SUNY New Paltz in New York, Sami interned at a day-hab facility for adults with disabilities, as well as working full time as a nanny for 2 families with children with varying diagnoses. Her passion for supporting children and their families led to joining the Connec-To-Talk team in 2021 as a developmental therapist. Sami earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russell Sage College in Albany, New York in 2024. She will be a 2025 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) candidate upon the completion of her clinical hours!

CHELSY B.

Clinical Coordinator, Madison, CT

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology, Sociology and Public health from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), Chelsy started working as an ABA therapist in 2014 with teens in an Autism specific group home. She joined Connec-to-talk in 2016 working as a therapist. In 2020 Chelsy received a master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and other developmental disabilities at Southern Connecticut State University.

MIA K.

Clinical Coordinator, Stamford, CT

Mia earned her B.A. in Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester. After graduation, she taught at a residential special education school. In 2021, Mia joined Connec-to-Talk, where she has worked as a behavior technician and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing services in clinical, school, and home settings. She is currently completing her prerequisite courses to become a Speech-Language Pathologist.

SHELBY M.

Clinical Coordinator, Owings Mills, MD

Shelby has been with Connec-to-Talk since 2020. Shelby started with the company as an intern while working on her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Stevenson University. Shelby is currently completing her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.

KAT L.

Clinical Coordinator, Pikesville, MD

During her bachelor’s degree in psychology at The University at Buffalo, she interned at a therapeutic riding center. She fell in love with human and animal behavior and went to CUNY Hunter’s Master’s program for Animal Behavior and Conservation. She then pursued her Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in ABA at ASU. She has been in the ABA field for over 5 years, but has been working with kids with special needs for over 10. She joined the Connec-To-Talk team in 2023.

SAMIA D.

Clinical Coordinator, Westminster, MD

While studying for her bachelor’s degree at Towson University, Samia worked part time as a paraprofessional in a classroom setting with children with disabilities ranging from preschool to middle school ages. Before completing her bachelor’s degree, she decided to join the field of ABA. Samia joined Connec-to-Talk in May of 2023, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Mount St. Mary’s University.

KYLIE D.

Clinical Coordinator, Mount Pleasant, SC

After studying psychology at Charleston Southern University, Kylie was searching for a job in the psychology field where she could also work with kids. Growing up, she had many part-time jobs working with children, such as coaching soccer, interning at an occupational therapy clinic, and assisting teachers at an elementary school. She came across an opening as an ABA therapist and joined the Connec-to-Talk team in November 2021. She is now graduating in June with her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University in hopes to eventually become a BCBA!
