Lead Site Trainers

The Lead Site Trainers are responsible for managing direct therapy staff at their assigned clinic location. The Lead Site Trainer provides staff training, assures staff compliance with CTT and other regulations, and manages clinic administrative tasks.

J.P. D.

Lead Site Trainer, Stamford & Wilton, CT

J.P. studied at the University of Connecticut, where he received his Bachelor’s Degrees in English Literature and Psychology. After college, he worked in a variety of public elementary school and daycare settings. He joined Connec-to-Talk in early 2022 as a behavioral therapist and went on to receive his Registered Behavior Technician certification soon after. J.P. is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in ABA at National University. He became Clinical Coordinator of Stamford in October 2024. He transitioned to Lead Site Trainer in June of 2025.

MARYLAND
LYNDSEY M.

Lead Site Trainer, Pikesville, MD

Lyndsey joined Connec-to-Talk in July of 2021 as an ABA Therapist. During that time, she studied at the Catholic University of America, where she received her master’s in psychology. In 2023, Lyndsey obtained her RBT and was promoted to Senior ABA Therapist. In Fall of 2024, she stepped into the role of Clinical Coordinator at the Pikesville location. She transitioned to Lead Site Trainer in June of 2025.
