Quality Care Managers
Quality Care Managers are responsible for the development of clinical organizational systems to ensure quality care across clinic locations in each state. The QCM team creates and helps to implement BCBA protocols and measures to maintain quality control and quality care. QCMs develop, deliver, revise and track job-specific training for Board Certified Behavior Analysts and ABA Therapists/RBTs. Additionally, the QCMs are responsible for BCBA evaluations, training, clinical oversight, and supervision of BCBAs. To learn more about our BCBAs, please click here.
BROOKE M.
Clinical Systems & Compliance Manager
Quality Care Manager, Connecticut
Brooke is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical organizational systems to ensure quality care across all Connec-to-Talk clinic locations. Additionally, Brooke oversees the BCBA Mentorship Program, which provides training and supervision to all newly credentialed BCBAs in the company.
Brooke received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut, where she was an undergraduate research assistant. She went on to pursue a Masters’s degree at the Sage Colleges in Troy, NY where she received a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Brooke has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum since 2008 and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including schools, residential group homes, in-home, and clinic-based settings. Brooke joined Connec-to-Talk in July of 2020.
LAUREN M.
Quality Care Manager, South Carolina
Lauren received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from College of Charleston in 2009. Upon graduating, she began implementing direct care ABA services. She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2012 and started working as an ABA Consultant supervising ABA programs and staff. She completed her Master’s in Education with Foundations in Behavior Analysis and became a BCBA in 2017. Lauren has experience in home, school, and clinic environments with children on and off the Autism spectrum ages 18 months to 18 years old. She joined Connec-to-Talk in 2021 and loves bringing all that Connec-to-Talk has to offer to South Carolina!
