At CTT we want the best for our professionals so they can provide the best programs for your child. To foster professional development, Connec-to-Talk developed our proprietary BCBA Mentorship Program which aims to provide newly credentialed BCBAs or individuals working toward a BCBA certification with the opportunity for continued training and support.
Brandi Cedeno was a new BCBA when she joined CTT. In addition to adjusting to a new company, Brandi was learning a new job. “It was great to have a mentor teach me how to transition into the role of being a BCBA. In the beginning you must learn how to balance the two roles and transition from being a Developmental Therapist to a BCBA. CTT’s BCBA Mentorship Program is helpful because there is a designated person to go to when you have a question!”
Justin Sobbell, a newly certified BCBA and participant in the BCBA Mentorship Program, recently shared his thoughts about CTT’s program and how it helped him transition to the role of Behavior Analyst. “CTT’s Mentorship Program was crucial for my professional growth. The program taught me how to develop programs that address company guidelines, insurance company requirements, and other important issues. By mentoring with an experienced behavior analyst, I am developing habits that set me up for success with my clients,” shared Sobbell.
When considering therapy options for your child, we believe that it is important to work with trained and experienced professionals who embrace continuing education. For more information about CTT’s BCBA Mentorship program, feel free to contact Daniel Ferman, Director of Training and Compliance.
